Yoga class policy

Yoga class credits are managed through my booking system. It is your responsibility to monitor your credits and ensure they are used before they expire. If your credits are about to expire, please contact me in advance. Once credits have expired, they cannot be reinstated, and no refunds will be given for unused credit packs. I kindly ask that you refrain from requesting refunds for unused credits.

If you need to cancel a yoga class, you can do so online up to 12 hours before the class start time.

This can be done by logging into Momence, going to My Dashboard - My Classes - Upcoming Classes and you will see 3 little dots on the right hand side next to the class you wish to cancel, click here and then click ‘Cancel Yourself’

Cancellations made after the 12-hour window will not be eligible for a credit refund.

While I strive to offer flexibility (as many yoga teachers require block bookings of 6+ weeks with no refunds), I must enforce this policy. Unfortunately, I can no longer accommodate last-minute cancellations made on the day or just hours/minutes before the class starts.
